The California Association of Realtors came out with a report that says most buyers looking for luxury homes prefer hilltops over lakefront and oceanfront homes. The same report shows that 1% of buyers in this market prefer ski resort homes, 16% on golf courses, 9% in resort areas, 4% lakefront and 12% in mountain areas.
