The Skyland neighborhood of Lake Tahoe is a development located just north of the California-Nevada border. There are only 254 homes in this lakefront community which boasts a homeowner’s beach, quiet streets and well maintained homes. This unique area borders National Forest land and the lake and is next to boating, hiking and biking trails and offers a great year round recreational experience.
