	Al Tahoe The Al Tahoe neighborhood is one of South Lake Tahoe’s oldest and most historic neighborhoods and it is also one of South Lake Tahoe’s most diverse neighborhoods.			Cave Rock The Cave Rock neighborhood hugs the shore of Lake Tahoe offering prime boat launching and beach access and fabulous views. The cave and rock here are a Washoe sacred place.
	Bijou Bijou is one of the oldest neighborhoods in South Lake Tahoe. It is centrally located making Bijou a great area for either a primary or a vacation home.			Elk Point Elk Point neighborhood in Lake Tahoe, NV refers to the gated community of Elk Point Country Club. Homes here are apt to have stunning views of the lake and mountains.
	Black Bart Black Bart is beautiful, small area of homes nestled between the meadows and 2 creeks which join here to make Trout Creek. Fishing and hiking in your neighborhood!			Glenbrook/Uppaway A secluded and private community on the eastern side that played a significant part in Nevada’s statehood as the main supplier of timber to the Comstock and Virginia City.
	Camp Richardson Camp Richardson is one of the most historic areas on the South Shore of Lake Tahoe.  Reminiscent of a time gone by, this resort area is home to year round activities.			Hidden Woods Hidden Woods is located in Lake Tahoe, Nevada. It is an upscale neighborhood, located in close proximity to Cave Rock. Incredible views, close to the lake and large lots.
	Cascade Properties Amazing Cascade Lakeviews await the owner of property here.  The spectacular 200 foot high Cascade waterfalls will greet you daily as you awaken in this Sierra paradise.			Kahle Park Kahle Park is located near Hwy 50 and Kingsbury Grade. This is a great neighborhood for a young family due to it’s location to 19 acre Kahle Park. Mostly small, starter homes.
	Christmas Valley The Christmas Valley neighborhood of South Lake Tahoe, CA,  is a secluded and desired neighborhood resting at the base of Echo Summit, nestled in the majestic Sierra Nevada.			Kingsbury The Kingsbury neighborhood refer to the houses on Kingsbury Grade in the Stateline area from top to bottom. Great lake and mountain views from the upper and mid-Kingsbury areas.
	Country Club Estates Country Club Estates got its name due to its close proximity to two local public golf courses, Lake Tahoe Golf Course and Tahoe Paradise Golf Course. Pristine mountain views.			Lakeridge Lakeridge is a quiet and safe community of friendly neighbors, both full and part-time residents. From dawn to sunset, residents enjoy gorgeous views of the blue waters of Lake Tahoe.
	Emerald Bay Emerald Bay is one of the most scenic areas in the United States! It’s rocky tree covered hills, prime camping areas, beautiful waterfalls make up this great spot.			Lake Village Lake Village is a private 326 town- home complex 1 mile east of the state line. Lake Village offers a unique resort atmosphere with a clubhouse, tennis courts, pool and more.
	Fallen Leaf Fallen Leaf Lake is a historical area located one mile south of Lake Tahoe. Cabins line the lake which is 2.9 miles long by .9 miles wide. Many homes have boat docks.			Lincoln Park An exclusive neighborhood with only a handful of houses located on Lincoln Park Place. Has a private homeowner’s beach and fabulous views. Named after the Lincoln Highway (now Hwy 50).
	Gardner Mountain Mountain living ambiance popular with both locals and vacationers as it is within a short distance to many of the South Shore’s visitors.  Close to beaches and shopping.			Logan/Cedarbrook A prestigious Nevada community just north of Cave Rock. Homes are nestled on mountain-side lots of an acre or more, and most  come with breathtaking views.
	Heavenly Valley Heavenly Valley homes are located near the world class ski destination Heavenly Resort.  A highly desired neighborhood for winter and summer recreation enthusiasts.			Pinewild/Marla Bay Pinewild is a private, gated beach community on the shore of Lake Tahoe with 135 units.  Neighboring Marla Bay is a quaint beachside area, full of old and new homes with it’s own beach.
	Highland Woods Small, attractive neighborhood full of cared for homes with manicured lawns. Homes on the perimeter have mountain, meadow and some even with lake views.			Round Hill The Round Hill neighborhood is a highly desired neighborhood. It is easy living in a conveniently area near shopping, beaches, golf, skiing, dining and entertainment
	Meyers Meyers is a small unincorporated community about 10 minutes away from central South Lake Tahoe. Formerly known as Yank’s Station, in 1851 this area served as a Pony Express station.			Skyland Skyland is located on the South East shore of Lake Tahoe. A private beach for all property owners. It borders National Forest; offering hiking and biking trails as well as hidden beaches.
	Montgomery Estates This neighborhood is consistently one of the most sought after neighborhoods. Most of the homes in this subdivision are newer, well kept, and offer either mountain or lake views.			Summit Tahoe Village Sitting on top of the world is what a homeowner in the Summit-Tahoe Village will feel like. Homes have great access to two of Heavenly Valley’s Ski Lodges. Contains homes and condos.
	Pioneer Trail Here one can find smaller log cabins, intimate A-frames, and cozy chalets as well as newer, larger construction. Many of the homes within the area feature mountain and forest views.			Zephyr Cove Zephyr Cove is located on the Southeast side of Lake Tahoe and is home to a resort full of fun activities. Easy access from homes to the beach and lake as well as mountain trails.
	Pioneer Village Pioneer Village is a quaint neighborhood located off of Al Tahoe Blvd across from the Community Sports Fields and Lake Tahoe Community College. Quiet and calm community.			Zephyr Heights This area is perfectly suited for everyone, from full time residents to second home buyers. Many homes in this neighborhood have gorgeous views of Lake Tahoe and mountains.
	Rubicon This beautiful area of the west shore of Lake Tahoe provides some of the best home sites in the area.  Located north of Emerald Bay, Rubicon offers year round pleasures.
	Sierra Tract This neighborhood offers some of the most affordable homes for sale in Lake Tahoe. It is centrally located in South Lake Tahoe and is situated between the Truckee River and Trout Creek Meadows.
	Sky Meadows There are a large number of vacation homes in this area due to the great location. Just steps away from the Upper Truckee River, meadows, wilderness trails and beaches.
	Stateline This neighborhood is located in the heart of South Lake Tahoe on the California/Nevada border. It is located as close as it gets to the majority of activities in South Lake Tahoe.
	Tahoe Island Drive This is a family oriented neighborhood well loved by Lake Tahoe locals and has more locally owned homes than most neighborhoods. Long time locals appreciate its wonderful location.
	Tahoe Keys Tahoe Keys is the only development of its kind – a unique private 750-acre marina resort community of 1220 homes and 335 town-homes sitting on eleven miles of inland waterways.
	Tahoe Meadows This neighborhood was established in 1924 and is still registered as a historic place. It features 100 acres of private homes, private beach, security and gate access.
	Tahoe Paradise The neighborhood is located near Meyers, off Pioneer Trail. It is very popular with both full and part-time residents due to its secluded wooded environment and peaceful setting
	Upper Truckee The North and South Upper Truckee areas is one of South Lake Tahoe’s largest neighborhoods. Considered by many to be one of Lake Tahoe’s most desirable neighborhoods.
	Y Area Central part of town. There are many well priced starter homes & remodels along with some new construction properties. The “Y” refers to the intersection of Highways 89 and 50.
