Lake Tahoe Homes for Sale

The largest inventory of homes for sale in Lake Tahoe is priced between $200,000 and $300,000.  On the California side of Lake Tahoe, there are currently 31 homes for sale in this range while there are 13 on the Nevada side.   The next price range with the most homes for sale is the $300,000 to $400,000 range.  We have 14 homes for sale in Lake Tahoe Nevada in this group and 27 on the California side.
