Fun Filled Annual Celebrations
Several local celebrations are based at the Zephyr Cove Resort. It gives residents of this Lake Tahoe neighborhood easy access to all the fun. You'll see an annual Polar Bear Plunge where brave souls run along the snow covered beach. Sand volleyball championships and the Annual Wagon Train and Mark Twain Celebration. Relive times gone by as the wagon train camps overnight on the shores of Zephyr Cove Beach. People can enjoy Cowboy Poetry, chuck wagon dinner and "Mark Twain" entertaining everyone with his stories of when he once lived on the shores of Lake Tahoe.
