Paradise Real Estate began by Dan Spano, a local Tahoe real estate broker who wanted to have his own small boutique brokerage where he could hire the best agents who's focus would be on customer care and ethics. For 20 years he built up the business, focusing on what clients really need and not just the sale/purchase.
In 2017 I was asked to join up with Dan Spano at Paradise Real Estate. He was looking to expand his business, and needed an agent as a partner who had a unique skill set in transaction management and customer care.
In 2020 I purchased the company, and Dan went happily into a much deserved retirement a couple years later.
