This unique neighborhood on the south shore of Lake Tahoe, CA is a 740 acre resort which has 11 miles of waterways, lined with upscale homes, a marina and water front restaurant. The Tahoe Keys is a highly sought after community because of the waterfront homes with boat docks and the home owner’s association beach, pools, tennis courts and many other amenities. Home values here tend to be higher than all other neighborhoods on the California side of Lake Tahoe.
At the peak of the last real estate bubble , the highest median price of homes sold in the Tahoe Keys was $872,500. Values are now climbing back up as buyers, and sellers, have confidence in the Lake Tahoe real estate market once again.
